Nathan is Hebrew and means "gift from God" - we couldn't have been more blessed than to have been chosen as his parents!

Thank you for keeping up-to-date with Nathan. We hope you visit often and enjoy experiencing our son's journey as much as we do. Please feel free to leave comments.

We love hearing from everyone!!!!

Like Father Like Son

Most of you are probably wondering why on earth am I posting a picture of socks on the carpet (yes, those are Nathan's socks)? For those of you that know Danny well, or have a husband just like him, you'll appreciate this picture.

Danny has what I would consider a slight phobia of the laundry basket - so most of the time his clothes end up on the floor right next to his side of the bed. Well this morning when Danny got up he found more than HIS clothes on the floor - he found Nathan's socks too!!! hahahaha

We were totally cracking up. We have no idea how his socks got on the floor and can only imagine Nathan kicked them off. He loves to rub his feet together until his socks fall off. Danny was so proud of his son.

Two pees in a pod - too cute.

Glass Lake

Nathan had a very eventful weekend - beginning with his first trip to a lake! Although, swimming wasn't in the itinerary, he did enjoy hanging out with Nonnie while mommy learned to kayak.

Nonnie and I also took Nathan on his first shopping excursion to the Lee Outlets! He was so good - he deserves a medal for tolerating that long ride and walking from store to store. He never got fussy until we got off the exit to come home and we were gone most of the day! I bought him his very first baseball cap and sun hat!

Nathan would like to thank his Aunt Kathy and cousin Emily for all the really cool summer clothes they bought for him this past week. Emily is now picking out clothes for Nathan - she is so adorable. I love having these sweet children in our lives.

We hope that you all had a wonderful weekend.

Love to you...........
