Nathan is Hebrew and means "gift from God" - we couldn't have been more blessed than to have been chosen as his parents!

Thank you for keeping up-to-date with Nathan. We hope you visit often and enjoy experiencing our son's journey as much as we do. Please feel free to leave comments.

We love hearing from everyone!!!!

Bye Bye Infant Tub!

Peek-a-boo - I see you mommy!!!

It's official, Nathan is pulling himself up to stand in his infant tube - so, it's out-of-here!

Some milestones are not always about the "firsts" some are about the "lasts." This picture was the last time Nathan will sit or stand in his infant/toddler tub. I went to Walmart and bought a tub mat because Nathan's as slippery as a fish when he's in water (I've tried it - I can't hold him up!). I'm still toying with purchasing a tub seat - they're very cute but look like they'll limit his ability to play and what fun is that! He's a kid - it's all about having fun! In and out of the tub. I'm going to give the bath mat a whirl first and go from there.

Great pictures! He looks so cute! We use just a bath mat- we considered the seat, too, but decided against it- she has so much fun playing in the tub that a seat would have frustrated her. Good luck with the new bath routine!

We went with a bath mat for Gabe, too. I think it is a lot of fun to be able to "swim" and get around. And I'm not sure but I think there may have been some safety concerns over the seat in the past? Anyway, your sweet boy looks vibrant, handsome and healthy!

Oh Kandi - these photo's are just so adorable! Wow Nathan's smile lights up the world! Keaton has used a bath seat for 5 months now, but now that he is 1 we too are wanting to let him be "free" in the bath... He so enjoys the water! Thank you so much for your email - it was so exciting to read! You have a beautiful family and im so glad ive got my ticket for Nathan's journey ahead... God bless, Megan and Keaton
